Bob's Cash Rewards™ is an internal ecosystem-credit program operated by Wiseman LLC (the "Company"). Bob's Cash credits (each, a "Credit") are a non-monetary, internal recognition of activity within the Wiseman LLC ecosystem. Credits are not legal currency, not a stored-value balance, not a bank balance, not equity in any company, not wages or compensation for services, and not a security. A Credit carries no cash-equivalent value outside of the Wiseman LLC ecosystem and confers no ownership, governance, or financial rights of any kind.
To hold a Bob's Cash account and earn or redeem Credits you must be at least 18 years old, have a verified customer identity across at least one Wiseman LLC property (WiseLifeOS, BobsWork, Link-Up Lounge, or Wiseman Eco Works Studio), and accept these Terms. Each account is uniquely identified by an Ecosystem Number (e.g. "WLO-ECO-...") that follows you across Wiseman LLC companies when your accounts are linked by an administrator. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current so that earned Credits, expiration warnings, and audit notices reach you.
Credits are earned only through approved earning rules, time-bounded campaigns, and verified referrals. Each Credit is recorded as an immutable row in your personal ledger in bob_cash_ledger, including the source activity, earning rule, timestamp, and any applicable expiration. The ledger is the only source of truth for your balance. Earned Credits post as either available, pending, or under_review depending on the rule; admin approval is required for high-value redemptions, zero-balance checkouts, large earnings, manual adjustments, suspensions, reversals, reactivations, referral payouts above cap, and new campaign/rule creation above thresholds. Self-referrals (you referring an account or email you own) are not eligible for referral rewards.
Credits may be redeemed only for approved products, services, subscriptions, and renewals within the Wiseman LLC ecosystem. Approved redemption surfaces today include:
Each redemption maps to a specific source_company and rows the applicable ledger entries consumed. Stacking with promotional coupons is governed per earning rule: credits marked exclusive may not be combined with a coupon; credits marked stack_with_coupon or stack_with_referral may.
Credits cannot be withdrawn as cash, exchanged for currency, deposited to a bank account, transferred to a person or entity outside the Wiseman LLC ecosystem, transferred between unrelated accounts, sold, brokered, pledged, or otherwise monetized. There is no secondary market for Bob's Cash. Violation of this clause is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of all outstanding Credits.
Time-bound Credits carry an expires_at date that is recorded when the entry posts to your ledger. When that date passes, the Credit is moved from available to expired by the daily expire-ledger cron; a reverse-direction entry offsets the original earn row so your ledger always reflects the post-expiration balance, and an audit row captures the transition. The 7-day-prior expiring-warning email is sent on a best-effort basis; non-receipt of the warning is not grounds for restoration.
Credits may be reversed (deducted from your balance) when any of the following occurs and an admin or BobProtect™ review confirms it:
Every reversal writes an immutable row to bob_cash_audit_log capturing the previous balance, the new balance, the actor (system or named admin), and the reason. We never remove or silently modify a ledger entry; reversals are always a separate, balancing transition.
We may suspend or close your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, chargeback, identity misrepresentation, or extended inactivity. A suspended account cannot earn new Credits or redeem existing ones, but the ledger and balance remain visible to you. Closure is terminal: outstanding Credits are forfeited, but historical ledger entries and audit rows are retained for compliance.
By earning, holding, redeeming, or attempting to redeem any Credit, or by signing into a Wiseman LLC dashboard that displays your Bob's Cash balance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Bob's Cash Rewards™ Program Terms. If you do not agree, do not earn or redeem Credits; you may request account closure by emailing info@wiseman.life.
If you believe a ledger entry is incorrect, open a dispute through the BobProtect™ review queue available in your Bob's Cash dashboard. The dispute flow creates a disputed-status ledger entry that freezes the underlying row for review; the Wiseman LLC team reviews disputes within 24 hours. Disputes that cannot be resolved through BobProtect™ may be escalated to info@wiseman.life. We do not mediate disputes through Stripe, your bank, or any third-party payment processor.
Your use of Bob's Cash is governed by the WiseLifeOS Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Bob's Cash-specific data — Ecosystem Number, ledger entries, audit log, and account linkings — is stored in bob_cash_* tables and reviewed only by authorized Wiseman LLC personnel and the AI Brain advisory layer that surfaces anomalies. We do not sell your Bob's Cash data.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by email to the address associated with your account and by a notice on wiselifeos.com at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued earning or redeeming after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States for any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your participation in the Bob's Cash Rewards™ program.
