Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and clients who access our website at wiselifeos.com or any affiliated subdomains.
WiseLifeOS provides a business coaching platform that includes: (a) a free Clarity Review diagnostic tool; (b) a client dashboard with business health tracking, task management, and document storage; (c) paid coaching programs including Discovery Lab, Core Setup, and Full OS Buildout; and (d) associated email communications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is not available to individuals previously suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.
Some features of our Service require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information to keep it accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Paid coaching programs are charged at the prices listed on our website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing a paid program, you agree to the applicable program pricing and refund policy. All payments are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase, unless otherwise required by law. Program fees are billed as described at checkout — some programs offer payment plans as a convenience to clients, but all unpaid balances remain the legal responsibility of the account holder.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WiseLifeOS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent. The "WiseLifeOS" name, "WiseGuide," "Clarity Engine," "BobsWork," and related logos are trademarks of WiseLifeOS. You may not use any of these marks without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to your client dashboard, including messages, uploaded documents, and assessment responses ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
We strive to keep the Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance when possible. WiseLifeOS is not liable for any losses arising from Service unavailability, including but not limited to lost revenue, data, or business opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiseLifeOS, its founders, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WiseLifeOS and its founders, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, non-payment of program fees, fraud or abuse, or prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability — shall survive.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email to the address associated with your account and by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States for any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service.
