• Payment information: billing address and transaction records (processed via Stripe — we do not store full card numbers)
• Communications: messages you send us and any files you upload to your client dashboard

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
• Generate your Business Chart, Care Plan, and recommended pathway based on your Clarity Review responses
• Process payments and manage program enrollments
• Communicate with you about your account, program status, and support requests
• Send you transactional emails (onboarding confirmations, reminders, care plan updates) via Postmark
• Monitor service health, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use Stripe for payments, Postmark for transactional email, Google Calendar for scheduling, and Daily.co for video rooms. Each processes your data under their own privacy policies.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or if disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• Business transfers: If WiseLifeOS is acquired or merged, your information would transfer to the acquiring entity under the same privacy protections.

Access to our servers is restricted to authorized personnel only.
