Who is Core Setup best for?+
Core Setup is designed for business owners who have been in operations for a while and are ready to stop firefighting. You want systems that work — so you can lead rather than manage day-to-day chaos. Discovery Lab is the recommended prerequisite, but not required.
How long does the program take?+
Core Setup runs for 60 days with 6 weekly sessions. The time commitment is higher than Discovery Lab — expect 4–5 hours per week between sessions, exercises, and implementation.
What payment options are available?+
Core Setup investment is custom based on scope. Payment plans are available — typically 2–4 monthly installments. We'll discuss options during your consultation.
Do I need to have a team already?+
No. The team structure section covers everything from defining future roles to organizing an existing team. Many Core Setup clients are solo operators building toward their first hire.
What happens after Core Setup?+
After completing Core Setup, you move into Ongoing Care for continued accountability, quarterly Care Plan updates, and priority support access. Most clients also have access to BobsWork AI workers for continued automation.
What's the refund policy?+
All fees are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase. We encourage you to evaluate in the first two weeks.
